With a background in mechanical engineering, Cristian brings a unique technical perspective to intellectual property law. His practice focuses on patents, trademarks, and broader intellectual property matters, allowing him to bridge the gap between complex technology and practical legal strategy.

In addition to practicing law, Cristian serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching "intellectual property" and "patent law" to the next generation of attorneys. Through Rotek Law, he combines legal and technical experience to provide thoughtful, strategic guidance to clients navigating the protection and growth of their intellectual property.

Melvin Naidu is an AI and intellectual property attorney and brand protection specialist who helps businesses identify, address, and mitigate risks involving intellectual property infringement, counterfeiting, and brand misuse.

LEGAL INTERN
Erin Briley Carlin is a legal intern at Rotek Law, currently pursuing a J.D. at St. Thomas University College of Law and working toward a certificate in Intellectual Property Law. Her studies include trademarks, patents, brand protection, and the intersection of intellectual property, business, and emerging technologies.Â

Throughout law school, Briley has focused her studies on intellectual property, completing coursework in areas including intellectual property, patent law, entertainment law, and copyright and content management. At Rotek Law, she assists with legal research and matters involving patents and trademarks while gaining practical experience in the protection and management of intellectual property rights.Â

In addition to her legal work, Briley contributes to Rotek Law's marketing and business development initiatives, combining her legal education with her interests in branding, digital media, and business strategy.Â
